These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Doorsy mobile application and related services, operated by Devhoppers by Aman Kumar Gupta.

By accessing or using Doorsy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

1. About Doorsy

Doorsy is a service facilitation platform that connects users with professionals and assists in managing service-related processes.

Through Doorsy, users can:

  • Explore and book available services
  • Submit required information and documents
  • Track service progress and updates
  • Receive assistance and support

Doorsy does not act as a government authority and does not guarantee approval or completion of any service.

Doorsy is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any government entity.

2. Eligibility

By using Doorsy, you confirm that:

  • You comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • The information you provide is accurate and lawful
  • You are authorized to submit information for yourself or others (where applicable)

3. User Account

To use certain features, you may be required to sign in (e.g., via Google).

You agree that:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities under your account are your responsibility
  • You will not impersonate any individual or misuse identities

You may request account deletion through support.

4. Nature of Services

Doorsy provides facilitation and coordination services, which may include:

  • Booking or requesting a service does not guarantee completion or approval

  • Cooperate with additional verification requests if required

You must not:

By uploading documents, you grant permission for their use as described above.

7. Payments

  • Doorsy does not store full card details or sensitive banking information
  • Payment confirmation depends on third-party systems

Doorsy may charge a service fee for facilitating and supporting services.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Once service processing has started, refunds may be limited or unavailable
  • Partial or full refunds may be provided in specific cases

Doorsy reserves the right to cancel or refund a service if it cannot be completed.
