AKTU Library is an educational app that helps students access study materials such as syllabus, notes, previous year questions, solutions, PDF documents, and tutorial videos.

We do not require users to create an account, log in, or provide personal information such as name, phone number, email address, address, payment details, contacts, photos, location, microphone data, or camera data.

The app may process limited app usage selections such as course, branch, semester, subject, material type, and year. These selections are used only to display relevant educational content.

3. Automatically Processed Technical Information

The app requires internet access to load study materials, PDFs, thumbnails, video titles, and embedded tutorial videos. When content is loaded from third-party services, those services may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, device information, browser or WebView information, and request logs according to their own privacy policies.

4. Third-Party Services Used

The app uses third-party services to provide its main features:

• Supabase: Used to fetch course, branch, semester, subject, and study material data.
• YouTube / Google services: Used to fetch tutorial video titles, thumbnails, and play embedded YouTube videos.
• External file sources such as Google Drive or other URLs: Used to open PDF study materials where applicable.

5. How We Use Information

Information processed by the app is used only to:

• Display relevant study materials based on user selections.
• Load PDFs, notes, syllabus, PYQs, solutions, and tutorial videos.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade user personal information. We do not share personal information with advertisers or data brokers. Data may be processed by third-party services only as needed to provide app functionality, such as loading educational content or playing YouTube videos.

7. Data Retention

The app does not create user accounts and does not store personal user profiles. Study material data may be stored in our backend or third-party services for the purpose of providing app content. Third-party services may retain technical logs according to their own retention policies.

8. Data Deletion Requests

Because the app does not require user accounts or collect personal profile information directly, there is generally no user account data to delete. If you believe we have received personal information from you, you may contact us and request deletion.

9. Children’s Privacy

AKTU Library is intended for students and general educational use. The app is not specifically directed to children under 13 years of age, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

The app may contain links to external PDFs, websites, YouTube videos, or other resources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of external websites or third-party services.
